About the Directory:
Founded and created by Ruth Temple-Murray, trading as Crendon Marketing in consultation with Grok.
The proposed Regional, Quick Reference Business & Community Listings directory, is a weekly directory that makes local information easily accessible while generating sustainable income for accredited NPO (non-profit organization) licencees. The licensee receives all directory revenue generated in their region straight to their nominated bank account (less the actual service charges paid directly to the SP).License fee R110 000 (once off) + annual service charge of
R12 000 payable in advance after the launch of the electronic version.The founder provides the platform, technical support and brand guidelines.

Project Timeline:
Once R500,000 is secured, development and launch of the APP is expected to take 6-8 months.
Transition:
The founder reserves the right to register a formal Pty (Ltd) company at a later stage and transfer the project assets if it becomes strategically beneficial.
